Will A Margarita Taste Better With Grand Marnier Liqueur?

Will A Margarita Taste Better With Grand Marnier Liqueur?

If you add Grand Marnier to a traditional Margarita this will elevate its flavor and add a touch of sweetness and complexity.

Try this recipe:

Ingredients:

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz Grand Marnier

1 oz Simple syrup or Agave nectar

Lime wedge, for garnish

Ice cubes

Salt, for rimming the glass (optional)

Instructions:

Rim the glass: If desired, rim a rocks glass with salt. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim.

Mix the ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, Grand Marnier, and simple syrup or agave nectar. Add a handful of ice cubes.

Shake and strain: Close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill the drink.

Serve: Fill the rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice cubes. Strain the Margarita mixture into the glass, using a strainer or the shaker's built-in strainer to keep any ice or citrus pulp out.

Garnish and enjoy: Garnish the glass with a lime wedge, and your Margarita with Grand Marnier is ready to be enjoyed!

Feel free to adjust the proportions of the ingredients to suit your taste preferences.
