The 2021 Les Baronnes is a young wine, which has benefitted from the lack of fruit in the 2021 vintage; the maker's single vineyard cuvees from similar soil (clay-limestone) has been added to ensure quantities for this key blend. It's a piquant, nettle, pineapple and bright citrus-flavored wine. the 2021 already shows a tenderness through the palate while the acidity provides a bright line that pierces the core and sings through on the finish. A cool, Sauvignon expression. It tings like a bell when you reach your floor in a lift.
