Bigaro is a softly sweet, gently effervescent salmon-colored sparkler made from Brachetto and Moscato grapes. Similar to Moscato in sweetness, the Bigaro substitutes red fruits for Moscato's typical tropical fruits. Pair with puddings, cakes, cookies, berry pies and sherbets.
