The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Prisme Grand Cru (2019 base) is terrific. I admire its dynamic energy and verve, both of which are on full display. White pepper, chalk and mint cut through a sizzling core of Côte des Blancs fruit. The blend of sites in Chouilly and Cramant works so well here. This release is based on 2019, with 17% reserve wine blended in from the previous year's release. Dosage is 2.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2023.
